This large scale audiovisual art installation is built around a real M4 locomotive from the Belgian National railway company. It is the result of a collaboration with Romain Tardy and Antoine Goldschmidt.

Loosely inspired by the classic Japanese manga "Galaxy Express", the design reinterprets the visual aesthetics from the Japanese "dekotora" subculture, which consists in the extreme customisation of large cargo trucks. The audiovisual dispositive uses a combination of a dynamic light system synchronized with a multi-channel audio setup, providing an intense sensorial experience while turning the public space into a huge playground.
